In the video below, lions, tigers, leopards, and others take a good look in the mirror at the Big Cat Rescue sanctuary in Tampa, Fla. with a wide range of reactions. Some choose to investigate the stranger staring back at them while others flee from the perceived threat.
It's worth noting the keepers were careful to use an iPhone camera rather than the large mirror with the smaller cats so they were not frightened. Regardless of the size of the cat, each individual reaction showcases a bit of the feline's personality.
