Family films the adorable and funny moment a bear 'attacks' their car

When tourists enter Yellowstone National Park, they're given very clear instructions to stay away from the wildlife (especially the bears!). But what happens when the wildlife comes to you? Check out the video below to see how one family reacts when a Grizzly bear takes special interest in their car.
At the beginning of the video, the driver stands a fair distance away recording a bear checking out another vehicle. Once the bear starts moving, they hop in the car quickly, but that doesn't stop the bear from checking them out. Toward the end of the video, the bear even tries to climb on the car.

David Peters and his family were visiting Yellowstone National Park in July of last year when they captured this footage, according to ABC News.
While most guests are much more likely to see Buffalo, Moose and Elk while in the park, bear sightings are not completely unusual, though they are less likely to come down so close to the road, according to the National Park Service.
Voices on the video below ranged from slightly nervous to excited, with one girl claiming "Oh my gosh, I'm so scared!" However, the Peters family never felt threatened by the animal. "It was exciting," Peters told ABC News, "except I got my car kind of trashed." ABC News also reports how Peters asked the daughter of one of his friends if she was going to have nightmares about the whole incident. "She said, 'Are you kidding me? This was the best day of my life ever!' And I thought that was just kind of cute."
The National Park Service recommends staying as far away from the bears as possible. The encourage visitors to check their website before going so you don't accidentally hike into areas where bears have been spotted.
