Everyone loves Lady Nadira, the rare spotted Gypsy foal

Horses with peculiar coats are lovely. Baby horses are lovely. So by combining those two together, it stands to reason that you'd get the most adorable result ever. The young one in the video below has captured the hearts of many since its birth last month, not only because of its irresistible cuteness, but also because it is the product of a one-of-a-kind coupling.
Lady Nadira's dam (mother) is a Haflinger and her sire (father) is, according to the video, the only Fewspot Gypsy stallion currently alive in the United States. A separate video about the stallion, Hermit's Silver Shadow, explains the term Fewspot: Though the horse's breed is traditionally spotted, this particular one has none. Yet he still carries the spotted gene, the video says, which means his foals will always turn out spotted like Nadira. Rare horses like these are often used for exclusive breeding opportunities, which leads to both varied and unique results.
