"Just hanging around" takes on a literal meaning for a goat stuck in a power line. According to Huffington Post, a group of men spotted the animal and were able to help free him from his situation.
The video captures the men tying a rope to the goats foot and then sliding him down the line to safety. Next, they were able to cut him free before the goat trotted off without a care in the world. You can hear the men chuckling in the background. Because really, when does this happen?

Still, the question remains: how did the goat end up several feet in the air? Some speculate it was a part of a cruel joke while others insist that billy goats certainly know how to get themselves stuck in the strangest spots. Either way, he sure was lucky someone came to his rescue!
