What’s way cooler than a dog catching a Frisbee in its mouth? A bear catching sliced bread in its mouth! Sorry, dog lovers.
If you’re ever in the neighborhood of the Olympic Game Farm, located in Sequim, Washington, you can see this big fella in living color for yourself. The Kodiak bear in the video calls the Olympic Game Farm home. Judging from the footage, the furry critter is nothing but a gentle giant as he catches several slices of bread in his mouth. The bear chews and swallows quickly then opens his mighty jaws again in anticipation of another slice.

A few pieces fly over the bear’s head due to poor aiming (c’mon guys, you can throw better than that!), but he’s too lazy to chase down the missed slices. The Kodiak bear even grabs the soggy pieces that fall into the barrel of water it’s standing on.
Visitors at the Olympic Game Farm can purchase bread and feed it to the Kodiak bear and many of the 200+ animals on site. Despite the fact that this Kodiak bear is relatively tame, the visitors in the video weren’t going to take any chances. When the camera shifts a bit to the right, a rear view mirror can be seen for a second or two. The visitors appear to be still inside their vehicle as they toss bread to the waiting bear.
Bear-ter safe than sorry, right? Pun intended. Have a look at the video below yourself, and SHARE if you are a fan.
