This one you’ve just got to see!
How often have you seen various things strung over power lines? Most often, it’s a pair of sneakers with their shoestrings tied together. (There are numerous reasons offered for this mystifying practice. Some people say it marks where drugs can be bought, others that it signifies a celebratory occasion, like graduating or moving on to bigger and better things.)
But a goat? What possible reason could someone have for hanging a goat by his horns on a power line?

Okay, so may he got there himself. The question remains, how did he do it?
Goats have been seen in trees and on impossibly straight mountainsides. They love to climb on just about anything (cars are a favorite). But this goat is hanging way above the ground on the side of a hill, dangling by his horns and bleating piteously. Fortunately for him, some men saw his predicament and had compassion on him.
At first, it looks like they’re going to climb a ladder to reach him, although there’s absolutely nothing to lean the ladder on. But, no, the men have a more ingenious way to rescue this capering caprine—they use the ladder to slide the goat along the lines to the point on the hill where they can release him. Then, without any hoopla, he simply trots off into the countryside, without so much as a thank you for the efforts of his saviors.
